The staff was kind, and changed the room when we asked for it because a bad smell. There was a small pool and jakuzzi. The room was clean and big enough.

Pillows and bedding best among all the hotels in Okeechobee Rd area. I've stayed in every one, and SureStay has the most comfortable bedding. STAFF WAS SUPERB. The room seemed very clean except 2nd double bed. Would stay again after prices come down after April 1st.

The staff is so nice, they made sure I was taken care of for every little thing I came and bothered them for, and they did it with no attitude, it’s great customer service

Just renovated, bathroom very clean, wooden floors, great bed and pillows , quiet. Stay at this hotel twice a month , on business trips. Great people at the front desk.
